We do not guarantee any specific outcome, quote, financing approval, or timeline. Our role is limited to facilitating introductions between homeowners and service providers in our network.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and located in the United States. By submitting a quote request or otherwise using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
When you submit a quote request through our Site, you provide us with personal information including your name, email address, phone number, location, and project details. By submitting this information, you consent to being contacted by Custom Home Quote and the builders and, if opted in, financing partners in our network via telephone calls, SMS text messages, emails, or other electronic means, including through automated or prerecorded technology, at the phone number and email address you provided.
This consent applies even if your phone number is registered on the National Do Not Call List. Your consent to be contacted is not required as a condition of receiving our free service. However, by submitting the quote request form, you agree to be contacted by our network partners as described. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us directly.
Custom Home Quote acts solely as a referral intermediary. We are not responsible for the conduct, quality, licensing, workmanship, financial practices, or performance of any builder, lender, or other service provider we refer you to. Any agreement you enter into with a builder or lender is solely between you and that provider.
We strongly encourage you to independently verify the credentials, licensing, insurance, references, and reputation of any provider before engaging their services. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the qualifications, reliability, or suitability of any builder or lender in our network.
We do not guarantee that submitting a quote request will result in receiving any quotes, being matched with a builder, or obtaining construction financing. Builder availability varies by location and project scope. Financing approval depends on factors outside our control, including your creditworthiness and the lender's underwriting criteria.
The educational content on our Site, including articles, cost guides, and timelines, is provided for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any cost estimates, timelines, or other information contained in our educational content. Actual costs and timelines will vary based on location, market conditions, project complexity, and other factors.
